Cambria County Seeks Farm Preservation Applicants

The Cambria County Agricultural Land Preservation Program is accepting applications for their Farmland Preservation Program.

The program enables state, county and local governments to purchase development rights from local landowners.

To date, there are more than 2,000 acres of preserved farmland in Cambria County. Pennsylvania leads the nation with 478,000 acres of preserved farmland.
