Egg Quality Training Set for May 8

The Pennsylvania Egg Quality Assurance Program will hold producer/processor training and certification 12:30-4:30 p.m. Wednesday, May 8, at the Lancaster Farm and Home Center, 1383 Arcadia Road, Lancaster, Pa.

Presenters will Paul Patterson, Penn State Department of Poultry Science; Kim Kennedy, Bureau of Animal Health & Diagnostic Services, Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture; Gregory Martin, Penn State Cooperative Extension; Donna Kelly, New Bolton Center Laboratory of Avian Medicine and Pathology; Lydia Johnson, Bureau of Food Safety & Laboratory Services, Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture; and Paul Hostetter, PennAg Industries Association.
