NEW HOLLAND, Pa. — In recognition of service and sacrifices members of the armed forces, police officers, firefighters and their families make every day, New Holland has kicked off this year’s True Blue Salute program.

“This is our way of saying thank you’ to all who serve,” said Abe Hughes, vice president, New Holland North America.

Between Sept. 11 and Veteran’s Day, Nov. 11, New Holland is offering a $911 “Thank You” coupon off selected models of New Holland Agriculture and Light Construction equipment.

In addition to the “thank you” for military and first responders, New Holland will donate $250 to the Fisher House Foundation for each qualifying model sold under this program.

Since January 2012, New Holland has raised over $1.2 million for the Fisher House under similar True Blue Salute programs.

The offer is available to all active and retired military personnel, veterans, police officers, firefighters and their families, including volunteer firefighters and police officers, on the purchase of new equipment.

The nonprofit Fisher House Foundation provides a “home away from home” for military families to be close to a loved one during hospitalization for an illness or injury. It is best known for its network of comfort homes built on the grounds of major military and VA medical centers enabling military family members to be close during a veteran’s hospitalization for an illness, disease or injury.
