Private Forest Conference Set for May 10-11

The Center for Private Forests at Penn State and its partners have schedule the 2013 Private Landowner Conference for May 10-11 at the Blair County Convention Center in Altoona, Pa.

The conference will offer nationally recognized experts as well as nearly 100 seminars, field trips and exhibitions. Doug Tallamy, chairman of entomology and wildlife ecology at the University of Delaware and author of “Bringing Nature Home,” will be the keynote speaker at Friday evening’s banquet.
