Webinar to Focus on Clean & Green’ Act

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — Penn State Extension will offer a Web-based seminar focusing on the Pennsylvania Farmland and Forest Land Assessment Act, Act 319, better known as “Clean & Green.”

Scheduled for 1 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 7, the 90-minute session will feature Doug Wolfgang, director of the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture’s Bureau of Farmland Preservation, and Deb Crawford, Tioga County chief assessor.

Neal Fogle, Extension economic and community development educator, will present information about the purpose of Act 319.
