BC-Cotton Bale

NEW YORK (AP) — Cotton futures No. 2 closed 65 cents a bale higher to $1.30 lower Friday.

The average price for strict low middling 1 & 1-16 inch spot cotton declined 15 cents to 58.94 cents per pound Thursday for the seven markets, according to the Market News Branch, Memphis USDA.
