GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (AP) — Farmers, growers and agricultural experts from 42 states and seven Canadian provinces plan to gather in downtown Grand Rapids this week.
MLive.com reports (http://bit.ly/1bs9dX6 ) nearly 4,000 are expected Tuesday through Thursday at downtown's DeVos Place for the Great Lakes Farm Expo.
Aimed at fruit and vegetable growers, the trade show will feature more than 400 exhibitors. A focus of the event is farming and farm marketing.
The event also will feature classes, special events and a chance to visit with growers, farm marketers and industry associates.
