When compared to the most recent Monday market two weeks ago, slaughter
cows and bulls sold with a sharply higher undertone. Demand was very good on
light supplies. Cattle supply included 154 slaughter steers and heifers, 280
cows, 60 bulls, and 30 feeders. All prices quoted per cwt.

Holstein Bull Calves: Number 1 95-125 lbs 105.00-120.00; 80-90 lbs 95.00-
100.00. Number 2 95-130 lbs 85.00-100.00; 80-90 lbs 75.00-85.00. Number 3
80-120 lbs 60.00-80.00. Utility 70-115 lbs 35.00-65.00.
Holstein Heifers: Number 1 90-105 lbs 130.00-140.00. Number 2 75-130
lbs 60.00-100.00. Utility/Non-Tubing 65-100 lbs 22.00-60.00.
