LEWISBURG, W.Va. (AP) — A Greenbrier County cattle farm is being offered at auction.

Jim Woltz of Roanoke, Va., auction company Woltz and Associates says the May 30 auction for Riverside Farms will be held at the National Guard Armory in Lewisburg.

The auction includes a luxury home and nearly 1,900 acres. Tracts range from 52 to 144 acres and Woltz says buyers can bid on any combination of the 24 tracts.

The main house has eight bedrooms, seven baths and an indoor swimming pool. The land features pastures, barns, fenced areas, creeks, a pond, areas for hunting and numerous building sites.

The landowners live in North Carolina, used the home as a vacation retreat and had someone locally handling the cattle operation.

Property inspections are available before the auction.
