UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — The annual Penn State Horticulture Show this fall celebrates its 100th anniversary.

Presented by students in the College of Agricultural Sciences’ Horticulture Club, the event will be held 9 a.m.-6 p.m., Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 12-13, in the Snider Agricultural Arena, across Park Avenue from Beaver Stadium on the University Park campus.

Each year, the show encourages visitors to explore various aspects of horticulture. This year, multiple stations were designed and built to showcase majors and minors within the College of Agricultural Sciences, including agroecology, horticulture, landscape contracting, plant sciences and turfgrass science.

All plants featured in the show will be for sale. The proceeds will help fund the next Horticulture Show and other Horticulture Club activities.
