Lancaster Crop Conference Set for Jan. 16

This year’s Lancaster County Crop Conference will be held 9 p.m.-3 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 16, at the Farm and Home Center, 1383 Arcadia Road, Lancaster.

Previously called Crops Day, the conference will feature Mary Barbercheck, PSU entomologist; William Curran, PSU weed specialist; John Tooker, PSU entomologist; Marvin Hall, PSU forages specialist; and Del Voight, Lebanon agronomy educator.

The cost is $15 ($10 before Jan. 14), which includes lunch. Reservations are appreciated but not required. For more information or to register, visit and look for “upcoming events” or call the Lancaster Extension office at 717-394-6851.
