Landowner Conference Set for May 10-11

The Center for Private Forests at Penn State and its partners will hold the 2013 Private Landowner Conference May 10-11 at the Blair County Convention Center in Altoona, Pa.

Cost is $75, which covers two breaks on Friday, two breaks and lunch on Saturday, a Saturday morning keynote address by Curt Meine, Aldo Leopold’s biographer, and access to information and resources by presenters from across the region.

Optional events at additional cost will include Friday morning field tours and a Friday evening keynote banquet with Doug Tallamy, professor and chairman of Entomology and Wildlife Ecology at the University of Delaware, and author of “Bringing Nature Home.”
