Penn State Extension and the Monroe County Conservation District are sponsoring a farmers appreciation banquet for Monroe County area farm families 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 2, at the Polk Township Fire Hall in Kresgeville, Pa.

A family style meal will be served at a cost of $15 per person. Tickets must be purchased in advance at Penn State Extension Office, 724 Phillips St., Suite 201, Stroudsburg, or by calling 570-421-6430.
