Poultry Seminar Set for Nov. 12

LANCASTER, Pa. — A Poultry Management and Health Seminar on salmonella control in poultry meat and eggs will be held noon-2:30 p.m. Monday, Nov. 12, at Eden Resort and Suites, 222 Eden Road, Lancaster.

Speakers will be Eva Pendleton, an avian diagnostician and senior research associate, and Subhashinie Kariyawasam, and assistant professor, from Penn State University’s Department of Veterinary and Biomedical Medical Sciences.

A buffet lunch will be available for a $15 registration fee payable by cash or check at the door. Contact Paul Patterson at php1<\@>psu.edu or 814-865-3414 by noon Wednesday, Nov. 7, to give organizers a lunch count.
