CAMP HILL, Pa. — A Pennsylvania Farm Bureau produced television program that explores where the next generation of farmers will come from and the challenges faced by young people seeking to pursue careers in farming or agriculture-related fields will be broadcast nationally on RFD-TV, with the premiere broadcast at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 10.

The show, titled “Insights From Agriculture’s New Generation,” focuses on young people who have a passion for farming and the production of safe and affordable food. Also appearing on the program is Pennsylvania Farm Bureau President Carl Shaffer, who talks about Farm Bureau’s work encouraging young people to pursue careers in farming and agribusiness.

The program will have encore presentations at 4:30 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 11 and 3:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 13.
