SHELL EGGS: Daily Midwest Regional Eggs
Daily producer prices are 8 cents lower for Large and Medium. Midwest
delivered prices are steady. The undertone is sharply lower for all sizes.
Retail and food service demand is moderate to good. Offerings are moderate
to heavy. Supplies are moderate. Market activity is slow to moderate.
Monday's Midwest shell egg inventory declined 12.3% from last week.
Breaking stock prices are steady. The undertone is lower. Offerings are
light to moderate on moderate demand. Supplies are moderate. Market
activity is slow.
