SHELL EGGS: Daily Midwest Regional Eggs
Midwest delivered asking prices are 47 cents higher for Extra Large and
Large and 28 cents higher for Medium. Daily producer prices are 5 cents
higher for Large, and steady for Medium and Small. The undertone is firm.
Retail and food service demand is fairly good to good. Offerings are very
light. Supplies are light to moderate. Market activity is active. Breaking
stock prices are steady. The undertone is steady. Offerings and demand are
light. Supplies are light to moderate. Market activity is slow.
