Slaughter Cattle Mid-Session and Close for 12/15/2014
Receipts: 550
Compared to last week, slaughter cows and bulls sold 3.00-7.00 lower.
Many producers filled the seats to appraise the offering of good quality bred
cows and pairs that were brought to town. The main attraction included a fancy
set of bred heifers and reputation three year old cows. Buyers had the
opportunity to purchase top quality genetics from leading herds going into the
winter season. Slaughter steers and heifers were not tested.
