Grain futures mostly rise, livestock prices fall

CHICAGO (AP) — Grains futures mostly rose Tuesday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for July delivery rose 6.25 cents to $7.09 a bushel; July corn rose 3.5 cents to $6.40 a bushel; July oats fell 1.75 cent to $3.7724 a bushel; while July soybeans rose 13 cents to $13.8225 a bushel.

Beef and pork prices fell on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

June live cattle fell 0.48 cent to $1.2082 a pound; May feeder cattle fell 1.53 cent to $1.3687 a pound; June lean hogs slipped 0.02 cent to 91.30 cents a pound.
