Grain lower, livestock lower

CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were lower Friday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for May delivery was off 5.25 cents to $5.02 a bushel; May corn fell 8 cents to 3.8050 a bushel; May oats were 3.50 cents lower at $2.7775 a bushel; while May soybeans declined 16.50 cents to $9.74 a bushel.

Beef and pork were lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

April live cattle was off 1.53 cents to $1.5427 a pound; May feeder cattle lost 2.20 cents to $2.0972 a pound; while April lean hogs fell .20 cent to $.6210 a pound.
