MECHANICSVILLE, Va. (AP) — Agriculture Deputy Secretary Kathleen Merrigan is visiting Virginia to meet with farmers and to give a presentation at the University of Virginia.

Merrigan is scheduled to visit AgriBerry Farm in Mechanicsville on Thursday and Maple Hill Farm in Scottsville on Friday.

She also will give her College Tour Presentation at U.Va. on Thursday.
