BELLEFONTE, Pa. — The upcoming Pennsylvania Dairy Summit will be held Feb. 12-13 at the Penn Stater in State College, Pa., with a Young Entrepreneur’s Reception on Feb. 11. The tentative schedule of events is as follows.
Tuesday, Feb. 11
6-8 p.m. — Young Entrepreneur's Reception.
Wednesday, Feb. 12
7 a.m. — Registration and refreshments upon arrival. Exhibits open.
8 a.m. — Early-Bird Case Studies: AgBiz Masters, Cropping Cash Flows, Dairy Decisions Analyzer.
9:15 a.m. — Opening session: A Customer Showcase: Giant Foods, Rick Herring, president; A Producer Showcase: Sciopio Springs Dairy and Cayuga Group: Jon Gilbert and Bill Morgan; and awards presentations.
11:45 a.m. —<\!q>Lunch and dessert with exhibitors.
<\!q>1:30 p.m. — Afternoon session: Negotiating and Persuading Others, Penn State Smeal College of Business.
3 p.m. — Afternoon break among exhibitors.
3:30 p.m. — Breakouts: round one.

6 p.m. — Evening dinner with motivational presentation: Achieving the Unthinkable, Adam Taliaferro, former Penn State cornerback.
