Although Fred Dillner of Shippensburg died in March 2011, he continues to be honored as a livestock and dairy judge who contributed greatly to the Shippensburg Fair. This year, he was selected as the Dairy Hall of Fame recipient by the Shippensburg Fair Dairy Committee.
