Steeplechase: Decoy Daddy wins Radnor's feature, Moonsox takes timber

MALVERN, Pa. - Irv Naylor's Decoy Daddy and Carol-Ann Sloan won the Radnor Hunt Races' feature hurdle, the $50,000 National Hunt Cup, on a cool, bright May 17 Saturday afternoon. This was the second straight victory for Decoy Daddy, who is trained by Cyril Murphy.

Second was Meritage Stable's Inti, ridden by Kieran Norris and trained by Murphy. Third was Mike Moran's Staying On, ridden by Jeff Murphy and trained by Jack Fisher.

Nayor, who lives in York, Pa., is the National Steeple Racing Association's leader owner by earnings.

Radnor's only timber race, the $40,000 Radnor Hunt Cup, was won by Nelson & Traveller Stable's Moonsox and Fritz Boniface. Trainer is Kevin Boniface.
