SHELL EGGS: Daily Midwest Regional Eggs
Daily producer prices are 3 cents higher. Midwest delivered asking prices
are steady. The undertone is higher. Retail demand is fairly good. Food
service demand is moderate. Offerings are light. Supplies are light to
moderate. Market activity is moderate to active. Compared to last week,
shell egg inventory in the Midwest region is up 1.6%. Breaking stock prices
are higher. The undertone is steady to higher. Offerings are light to
moderate on mostly light demand. Supplies are moderate. Market activity is
slow.
