Grain futures mostly higher, livestock prices mixed

CHICAGO (AP) — Grains futures were mostly higher Thursday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for December delivery rose 10.50 cents to $6.57 a bushel; December corn rose 3.25 cents to $4.5950 a bushel; December oats were 8.25 cents higher at $3.12 a bushel; while November soybeans declined 8.25 cents to $13.3950 a bushel.

Beef was higher and pork prices were lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

October live cattle rose .65 cent to $1.2592 a pound; October feeder cattle was 1.07 cents higher at $1.5937 a pound; while October lean hogs were .57 cent lower at $.9115 a pound.
