When compared to last Thursday`s sale, slaughter steers sold steady on
moderate demand. Slaughter heifers sold steady to 2.00 higher compared to
a very light test last week. Holsteins sold steady compared to a light
test last week. Buyer activity was moderate for Thursday`s sale. Slaughter
cows sold 3.00-4.00 lower with moderate demand. Cattle supplies included
332 slaughter steers; 100 heifers; 492 cows; 31 bulls; and 107 feeder cattle.
