Trying to figure out to do with your last batch of strawberries and blueberries for the season? Try this recipe to get your morning started.
- 6 ounces raspberry yogurt
- 2/3 cup orange juice
- 1 medium banana, peeled and cut into chunks
- 1 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup fresh spinach
- 3 baby carrots
In a blender, combine ingredients. Secure lid and blend until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses. Serve immediately.
Makes 1-2 servings.
