Compared to last week, slaughter barrows and gilts sold mostly steady to 2.00 higher on good demand. Slaughter sows sold 2.00-3.00 higher on a very light test. Slaughter boars sold 3.00-4.00 higher on moderate demand. Offerings included 334 slaughter barrows and gilts, 16 slaughter sows, 12 slaughter boars, and 387 roasting pigs. Supply included: 100% Slaughter Hogs (93% Barrows & Gilts, 4% Sows, 2% Boars).
