Compared to last week, Slaughter barrows and gilts sold 2.00-3.00 higher. Slaughter sows sold 6.00-7.00 higher. Boars sold steady compared to a light test last week. Demand good. Supply consisted of 64 Sows, 19 Boars, 257 Barrows and Gilts, and 180 Roasters. All prices per cwt.

BARROWS/GILTS: 52-56% LEAN: 46 200-300 lbs 51.00-59.00, 18 200-300 lbs 60.00-68.00, 51 300-350 lbs 48.50-53.00, 10 350-40 lbs 47.00-52.00; 48-52% LEAN: 77 head 200-300 lbs 41.00-54.00, 6 head 200-300 lbs 22.00-39.00, 13 head 300-350 lbs 40.00-48.00, 2 head 350-400 lbs 42.00-44.00.

SOWS: US 1-3: 21 head 300-500 lbs 34.00-48.00, 17 head 500-800 lbs 38.00-49.00, 8 head 500-800 lbs 49.00-52.00.
