Slaughter Sheep: Compared to last week, Slaughter Lambs traded mostly steady to 15.00 higher on good demand and overall better quality offerings. Ewes traded mostly 10.00-15.00 higher. Bucks sold steady to firm on limited comparable receipts. Slaughter supply consisted of 87 percent lambs, 12 percent ewes, and 1 percent bucks. All prices per cwt.

Demand very good, especially for kids weighing 45-65 lbs. Nannies sold mostly steady to 20.00 higher with most movement in Selection 1 Nannies. Bucks and Wethers traded mostly 10.00- 30.00 higher. Demand good. Today's goat supply consisted of 38 percent kids, 35 percent nannies, and 27 percent bucks and wethers. All goats are sold by the head on estimated weights.
