Third place went to Hannah Sue Burnett of The Plains, Va. and mare Under Suspection.

Females also dominated the CCI 2-star division with Jennie Brannigan of Unionville, Pa., and Stella Artois at the top, followed by Emily Beshear of Somerset, Va. and Silver Night Lady and Lauren Kieffer of Middleburg, Va. and Landmark’s Monaco, the lone male in the top six places in two CCI divisions.

In the top 3-star division, Rio Olympics bronze medalist Phillip Dutton of West Grove, Pa. placed 4th and 5th with I’m Sew Ready and Mr. Candyman.

The battle for the top two places in the 3-star was between Little’s two mares RF Scandalous, who won the dressage division but had 4.80 time penalties in the cross country, dropping her to second. RF Demeter went into first place after a double clear in cross country but she knocked a rail down in the stadium while RF Scandalous went double clear to take the honors one place ahead of her stable mate.
